This is a difficult trek, however, you are in the best possible hands with Pasang. It was beautiful when I did this trek. The weather was amazing, and the trip was truly once in a lifetime! I would make sure you are in good shape for this trek, but Pasang will make sure to take care of you the entire way. He was great at checking how each member of the trek was doing. He made sure we were going at a pace that worked for everyone. He will take into consideration how you are acclimating to the elevation and he will definitely make sure you have enough to eat throughout!
